For me Sam's chicken has been the best chicken shop so far in UK. Have tried many but Sam's chicken is number 1 ! Also to be honest this one in Hounslow is very good. Tasty soft chicken but crispy on the outside it was a 10-10 ! Thank you
I stopped at this HOUNSLOW WEST restaurant after seeing the image of the GRILLED THIGH DOUBLE BURGER in the window. Mihiri welcomed me with a beautiful smile and very kind manners. I felt really comfortable. I asked her if it was possible to eat in the restaurant, and she said yes. After a few minutes my double burger was ready. It was truly magnificent!!! The flavor was truly intense and exquisite. The chicken in the burger was juicy and meaty. After devouring my double burger (which would have satiated anyone!!!) I wanted to get another burger. Identical. I congratulated Juliya, who takes care of the preparation of the burgers in the kitchen. Then I also chatted pleasantly with the manager. In my short break at SAM'S in Hounslow West, I found some truly wonderful people. I did really well to decide to stop here for my lunch. I'm fully satisfied and can say that after being treated well, my day has improved a lot. So I thank the two girls, Mihiri and Juliya, the manager and his wife for the wonderful working environment they have created. In conclusion...I recommend this place both for the excellent burgers and the excellent chicken they prepare, but also and above all for the human aspect of the people who work. Because I think THIS is the best thing about HOSPITALITY: finding PEOPLE who care about other PEOPLE. I ate very well and had a great time as well. Thanks again. Tom

Just leaving a review to help there google ratings because you got idiots like the guy below me who give a 1star because the burgers were GREAT but he got 1 ketchup. Its idiots like this that ruin businesses. I have never had a issue with them. They follow instructions on orders perfectly. Food always hot . Good chicken shop. I recommend the devils box.
